In Columbia, MO we were retained to help Alive in Christ Lutheran Church to expand their current facility. The new addition will house the children’s and youth ministries as well as a full kitchen and large fellowship hall.
We were hired to complete a schematic design study and rendering for Sachs Properties for a 40,000 square foot office and banking facility along the I-40/64 corridor in Chesterfield, MO.

Callies Architects is a full service A/E firm with a wide range of experience in architecture and interiors. The firm was first started as a professional practice in 1979. Designed to be more “hands on”; we provide planning, design, and interior architecture for clients locally and regionally.
Our organization consists of principals working directly with clients and managing projects without the layered structure of some larger offices. Our personal involvement and strong design skills are still as important as ever.
On The Drawing Board
Callies Architects along with Fixture Contracting and Lodging Hospitality Management has teamed up to completely renovate and update the interior public spaces, the exterior facade, and all 400+ rooms of the former Collinsville Holiday Inn just off I-70 in Collisville, IL into a Double Tree concept.
Construction has begun on a new concept Walgreens Home Care facility in Fenton, MO with Lawlor Construction.
